23 Years in Palos Heights
Frank and his brother Zeek own Royalberry Waffle House, a neighborhood gathering place for 23 years. After balancing the restaurant with a corporate job, Frank made Royalberry his full-time focus in 2008.
A Familiar Face at the Bar
Frank lives nearby and calls the bar his office, so he can stay close to guests. He has watched neighborhood families grow from their children's early years through college graduation.

Some staff have been here since Frank took over; others have stayed 15 or 16 years. Through personal service, local donations, and catering, we stay connected to the community we call home.
